Nice hotel next to the airport, is just 20 min walking. The staff is very friendly. In the room there is water and air conditioning. Our stay was super comfortable and we really recommend this hotel! It was great before taking our flight from cebu.

We really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable apartment with nice modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The apartment is very handy to Cebu International Airport which was useful for us as we were traveling the next day. All communications with our host were excellent.
Harder to find the apartment in the dark (we arrived late).
