The location is near the airport and malls, transportation is not a problem.
The air conditioning is not so cold but it's still good.

Very conveniently located next to the airport. Clean bedding and towels. Host was very responsive
From the listing, it seemed to be a hotel, but it is a private apartment in a very large apartment complex. The space was a bit outdated and worn, and besides the linen, could have used some improved cleaning e.g., walls and bathroom. If you are looking for a basic budget stay, it has what you need.
