very spacious and close to transport links

could do with a deep clean in places, especially bathrooms and walls repainted in lounge

Large and spacious with comfortable beds and well equipped. Great location and well kept.

The lift wasn’t working which was difficult with heavy bags up 4 flights of stairs. There were also regular power cuts which meant you had to go down into a creepy basement to resolve it. This wasn’t very well explained in the instructions. Customer service was somewhat lacking. We arrived late and the door app didn’t work nor did the keypad by the door. We had to call the number and no one picked up for nearly an hour. We were stood on a very busy street with our children and it we felt quite unsafe. When the guy came out to help us, it was clear he was on a date as he brought his girlfriend with him! The check in process was also very complicated and I kept being asked the same questions multiple times, which was really annoying

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement et le volume de l’appartement. Avec ces trois chambres et ces trois salles de bain.

L’appartement n’a pas été rénové depuis un petit moment. Nous l’avions déjà loué il y a quelques temps et il s’est dégradé. Il suffirait simplement un peu de peinture pour le rendre plus accueillant et surtout changer le luminaire du séjour car il est très sombre.

The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious, and a good location close to Milano Centrale train station as well as a metro stop down the block.

The online check-in system was helpful to be able to do a non-contact check-in to get the code for the property- however- they said they would send the check-in instructions at 3pm and I had to text and call them several times after 3pm in order to get the information. And even with the info, you needed to open the keypad virtually from your phone- we don't have international data, so that was tricky. luckily I was able to do it, but could be super confusing for a non-tech-savvy renter, so keep that in mind.
