posizione comodissima per raggiungere il mare,casa molto spaziosa,ben tenuta e pulita.

Emplacement desservi par des commerces de proximité essentiels : boulangerie, café, supermarché. L'immeuble est situé en zone urbaine. Bel appartement en immeuble, grandes chambres, cuisine, coin repas, salon, entrée bien aménagés. Belle décoration générale, revêtements de sols superbes. Bel éclairage naturel pour l'ensemble. Grande salle d'eau. Présence d'une buanderie, évier timbre et machine à laver. Balcon filant très ensoleillé (ouest), belle vue sur un paysage de collines locales verdoyantes, et on peu voir la mer au loin dans une échappée. Stores pour contrôle de l'ensoleillement. Au 3e étage desservi par petit ascenseur, parking possible sur le devant et les côtés de l'immeuble
Emplacement un peu loin du Lugomare de Arma di Taggia, nécessite la voiture pour y aller. WC dans la salle d'eau. Pas de lave-vaisselle mais égouttoir au dessus évier (à 2 bacs classique)

Das Apartment hat genau unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, war sehr sauber und hell möbliert. Der Gastgeber war bei Fragen sofort zugegen und zuvorkommend. Ausserdem war es sehr geräumig - ideal für 4 Personen. Eine Bäckerei, eine Bank und ein Lidl fast vor der Haustür.
