Space, layout, aircon, location. No need to contact the proprieter as everything was good and well provided. The property is nice and it feels rural but you are only minutes by car from required facilities- carrefours, fuel station, etc. Access to the motorway - close and easy. Plenty of storage. Kitchen is good. Living room is spatious. Bedrooms are a good size. Secure gated property. Property owner responds to any queries rapidly. A really nice place to return to when out travelling during the day.
Nothing that would be a deal breaker! Location of bins relative to the property. A little run down, but that does provide some charm also. Some items such as door handles need maintenance to avoid getting stuck in a room. Outdoor area does not work that well due to distance from the second floor property. More kitchen utensils and pots/ pans would be beneficial. The living room couch is a bit deep to sit on comfortably. Still didn't adversely impact our stay.
