Located in an old Aix bastide from the 1800s with its wooded garden of more than 6,000m2 and its view of Sainte Victoire, your change of scenery will be total. The fully air-conditioned accommodations are located on the 2nd and last floor of the bastide (without elevator). This 3-room apartment has a living room of more than 25m2, a very well equipped American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, separate toilets and an office area.
You will also have parking spaces with secure access through an electric gate overlooking a private road.
Your main neighbours will be the horses of a very fine stable.
In addition to the apartment, you will have access to the garden of the bastide with a summer kitchen with its period stone barbecue.
