Very Clean

The location was high in traffic, the set up of the house had all the rooms connected so there was no privacy, ceiling fan and light in one room didn’t work. The stairs to enter the apt was EXTREMELY STEEP!

Location was great for us

Please let the guest know that tenant in apt a has reserved parking spot in the lot next door. We were woken up at by loud knows to tell us that it was her paid spot. We honestly did not know.

The owner communicated and helped solve some issues .

The property is not in an ideal location. While it is not far from amenities, it did not feel safe, especially with children. I would not recommend this property for families. The stairs are steep and potentially dangerous for young children. The unit was not clean. The floors were visibly dirty, and my toddler’s feet became so dirty from walking on them that I had to purchase a mop to clean the floors myself. The bedding in one of the beds was also dirty and appeared not to have been changed, with visible dirt and body hair. We experienced issues with the electricity, and neither the microwave nor the coffee maker worked during our stay. Given the price, the condition of the unit and the overall sense of unease were disappointing. When I contacted the owner to express safety concerns, I was told we were safe because the unit was on the second floor. Additionally, my husband was approached and solicited by a woman outside the property, which further added to our discomfort.
