Clean and tidy, and a good base to explore Rotorua
Bed mattresses were incredibly hard, poor wifi, limited kitchen set-up (i.e. the bare basics only).

Very clean on arrival. Quiet neighbourhood. This house has it all.
The pillows. Maybe some instructions on how to use the aircon. This was easy enough to work out thou.

The house as advertised is very new and we were happy to be able to get it as we only booked the day before after another booking fell through. The laundry facilities were excellent. The Redwood Forest a short drive away is a must see. There are shops a short walk away.
The house is situated in a new development a fair way from Rotorua itself and lacks character.
