The place is quiet and nice to sleep in. There was a bar nearby, just 2 houses apart, but the it did not affect sleep. Attached bathroom is big. Check in was easy. There was a water refill station available. Table and chair provided at common space to be used. Sink come with some detergent for washing.

Parking was very limited. I drove a SUV, so if I park at the house garage, it can only fit my car. Hence I parked opposite the house which is the public parking. However, with smaller cars, it could fit two. If you try to look for parking during office hours (8am to 6pm) it is going to be a nightmare. There was a time when I end my work early and went back, I could not find any parking after 5 rounds of turning. If you drive a car, you might want to consider this factor.

非常新且干净，配备非常完善的设施。 公共区域的厨房可以做饭，有冰箱、微波炉以及一切需要的东西，而且都是崭新的。餐厅非常大，还有小客厅，每个地方都配备了很合适且干净的桌椅，非常满意！ 房间里面空间足够，房东配备了足够的家具，衣架、转换插头、置物柜、床头柜应有尽有。 附近有两间茶室，夜宵非常方便，去其他地方打车或者巴士也都很近。

Modern rooms in a bright and newly renovated terraced house. The owner responded quickly to any issues. There's a communal fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. The area is a quiet suburb with a few nice cafes and restaurants. There's a bus stop nearby that can take you directly into town in about 10 mins.

I am not a fan of synthetic bedding and the aircon was blowing directly on me which took some time getting used to. There's no free tea or coffee provided. You also have to tell them to clean your room or they will not do it. I heard other guests returning and slamming doors as it echoes in the hallway. It's all self service, so there will be no one to meet you or give advice about George Town, but this was no issue for me. The outside entrance has leaves, so it didn't give me the overall impression the place is cleaned regularly.
