    We stayed at The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection from 31 July to 3 August 2026, and we really enjoyed our stay. This is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we stepped out of the vehicle, we were greeted with big, warm smiles. The reception staff, service staff and housekeeping team were all fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay, and we always felt very welcomed. We stayed on the 35th floor, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and watching the sunrise each morning was truly a memorable experience. The room was also clean, comfortable and well maintained. What really stood out to us was the excellent service. The staff were always willing to help and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would like to sincerely thank the whole team for their hard work and for doing such a great job in maintaining the good name and image of The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection. Thank you, Millen Team, for making our Penang trip such a wonderful and memorable one. We really appreciate all the effort from your team and will definitely look forward to staying with you again.
