Balkon przynależący do pokoju, świetna lokalizacja (blisko do stacji kolejowej, promenady, głównego deptaku). Pietro był świetnym gospodarzem - gdy zwróciliśmy mu uwagę na pewne niedopatrzenie od razu się tym zajął i zadbał o nasz komfort. Plus również za to, że na wyposażeniu była deska i żelazko, lodówka, a także stalowy czajnik. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu a zasłony dobrze zaciemniały pomieszczenie.
Drobnostki jak: za mała ilość wieszaków w szafie czy za miękki materac (ale to juz kwestia gustu). Słychać też było odgłosy z korytarza, a także odgłos prysznica z pokojów na wyższych piętrach, ale nie było to aż tak uciążliwe, dlatego polecam ten nocleg.
