The only thing I do not like about these B&B's is that you have to make a phone call at the door and wait ten minutes for the host to show up. Having said that, I got a very comfortable room with a huge bathroom with a shower and a bath and a view across the Strait of Messina right to Sicily. The railway station is within crawling distance. The B&B does not serve breakfast, but there are nice places for coffee and breakfast just opposite the railway station, just a one minute walk.
I do not like the waiting time and the phone call that you have to make.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, jeżeli ktoś chce zwiedzać Kalabrię. Dworzec kolejowy i przystanek autobusowy naprzeciwko. Blisko do centrum, dobrego jedzenia i dwóch ważnych ulic - Lungomare wzdłuż wybrzeża i równoległej ze sklepami, kawiarniami. Duże czyste pokoje. Dostęp do kuchni z bardzo podstawowym wyposażeniem.
W obiekcie bardzo słabe wi-fi, popsuty expres do kawy a ciepła woda do zaparzenia np. herbaty tylko z expresu ( brak elektrycznego czajnika)

I liked the location best (a few meters from the main train station), the cleanliness and the fact that the room was large and had a fridge.
The employee who checked me in was not friendly at all, also in a big hurry.
I requested a room with street view and got inner courtyard view.
No shower gel was provided, had to buy my own as the small packages would have lasted me 2 minutes. Toilet paper (roll) was only available on request. No breakfast provided.
