Location was perfect. Close to UC.

Location was good, beds were comfy.
Bathroom door was dirty, pictures in residence were all crooked, blinds were all damaged so not blocking light from porch, no sponge to wash dishes, only 1 wine glass, and other renters were extremely noisy and woke us up in the middle of the night(2-4 a.m.). They were loud and drunk.
