Great location!! Very clean! Better than a hotel.
No parking. Stairs! People underneath you. If you are going to be coming and going late, they have a dog who will bark. Not a problem for us, but I felt bad for the people below whenever we came home late. It's an older place, so the floors creaked a lot when we walked around, so I also felt bad about that. But it was a great place all in all.

Safe location, green and peaceful neighborhood, close to various cafes and restaurants. The property was clean, its manager was kind and responsive.
Everything felled cheap and uncomfortable to use - Synthetic sheets and blankets which make you sweat all night long; Leaking iron and wobbly ironing board; Poor quality frying pans (one seemed quite dirty). There is no single table there. That makes this property adequate for a very short usage (a night or two at max) if willing to eat out of the property.
