Absolutely awesome location with public access to elk river, tons of space, several bathrooms and showers. Decent amount of kitchen ware for a group too!
Biggest issue was lack of lamps and lack of bedding - we recommend bringing your own bedding or an air mattress if you're going to use the pull out beds. we also needed way more towels and bedding than was provided (we had 10 people). also, no rugs in the place made it really loud when we were talking and enjoying ourselves - a lot of echoing!
