Das Design und die Aussicht von der Terrasseist sehr schön. Die Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus durch die Tiefgarage. Alles war sehr privat, so hat man sich nicht von nah stehenden Häusern und deren Mitbewohnern beobachtet gefühlt. Es gab einen eigenen Waschraum, der natürlich auch mal genutzt wurde. Einfach toll!
Mit einem kleinen Kind musste man sehr aufpassen, dass es sich nicht verletzt oder an der Treppe aufhält. Wir haben sicherheitshalber Eckenschutz und ein Gitter angebracht. Das war super und hat mir als Mutter den Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert.

Villa Ria is an outstanding piece of architecture, design and aesthetics.
Inside and out it has an ultra modern design based on black and grew shades.
It is fully equipped, pool is clean and comfy.
Location is 10 min from beach and the small town of Kokkini where you can find groceries and some teverns. Very convenient if you HAVE A CAR.
Everything in the Villa is generous and confortable.
You should be aware the master bedroom is sort of a gallery over the livingroom. there is no dividing door. Noise and light from the livingroom come through to the bedroom and you might not experience intimicy if there are others in the livingroom.
