Welcome to Villa Lamina, a stunning three-level residence in the exclusive Olea Hill Villas complex, nestled in the peaceful and scenic area of Vrachokipos. Spanning three thoughtfully designed floors, Villa Lamina can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups seeking both space and privacy.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a stylish open-plan living area with a comfortable lounge and flat-screen TV, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Large openings lead directly to the outdoor pool area, blending indoor and outdoor living. This level also features a guest WC.
The upper floor hosts three beautifully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed (180x200) and a private ensuite bathroom with shower. The two additional twin bedrooms (each with beds 90x200, convertible into a king-size double) share a modern shower bathroom, offering flexibility and comfort for all guests.
On the lower level, despite being partially underground, the villa remains bright and welcoming thanks to a thoughtfully designed atrium that allows natural light to flow in, creating an open and airy feel. Here you’ll find an additional bedroom with twin beds (also convertible into a king-size) and its own ensuite shower bathroom, perfect for added privacy.
Outdoors, the villa invites you to relax and unwind in complete comfort.
