Located in the peaceful area of Vrachokipos, Olea Siena Villa is a contemporary luxury retreat designed for guests seeking comfort, privacy, and unforgettable sea views. Part of the exclusive Olea Hill Villas complex, this newly built three-level residence combines elegant architecture with modern amenities, creating a stylish setting for families and groups of up to 8 guests.
The villa’s bright and inviting interiors are thoughtfully designed to maximize natural light and connect effortlessly with the outdoor spaces. The main living area is located on the ground floor, featuring a modern lounge with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for relaxed meals at home. Large glass openings lead directly to the pool terrace, allowing guests to fully enjoy the indoor-outdoor Mediterranean lifestyle. A guest WC is also available on this level.
On the upper floor, three comfortable bedrooms offer relaxing accommodation with beautiful surroundings. The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200) and a private ensuite bathroom with shower. Two additional twin bedrooms, each with beds measuring 90x200 that can also be converted into double beds, share a stylish bathroom with shower.
The lower floor offers even more space for relaxation and entertainment. Here, guests will find an additional twin bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom, ideal for extra privacy. This level also includes a spacious playroom equipped with a TV with PS5, table tennis, and football table, providing the perfect entertainment area for both children and adults.
Outside, the villa is designed for long summer days under the Greek sun. The private swimming pool (10 x 4.30 m, depth 1.50 m) overlooks the endless blue of the Aegean Sea and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and poufs.
