Exceptional!

The location of the apartment is excellent. We found it very easily, it is close to the port. The parking space is excellent, secured and from the entrance to the building you are taken to the apartment by an elevator which is a real lifesaver if you are shopping in Thessaloniki. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, warm (considering that we were there in the winter) and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a bus stop and a metro station near the apartment that take you quickly to the center. If you go on foot, everything is also close. Near of the apartment there are markets, a gas station and a bakery. Communication with the owner of the apartment is excellent. We received great traditional New Year's cookies as a gift, a bottle of wine and lots of water, and we were greeted by a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. In a word, a great choice!

Nice location, great value

The host was friendly, the location was great for us(close to the port. The appartment is on a secondary street, so you cannot hear traffic, so it's quiet. Parking was private in front of the building, full shade, so the car was cool when we left.

In the morning the cars start running. When a big one passes by, very small vibrations are felt. However, the heating element in the bedroom has a detached side pannel that vibrates and makes a sound. Fix that and everything is perfect :)

Easy communication with the very helpful hosts. Nice apartment - walking distance to the main sights of Thessaloniki. A guaranteed free parking spot which was essential to us. Complimentary coffee. Beautiful terrace. High pressure hot water which is a rarity in any hotel/apartment. Elevator.

Kao prvo dočekao nas je domaćim ispred apartmana,gde je obezbedjen parking,što je u Solunu jako bitno.Apartman je prostran,udoban,čist,ima sve što je potrebno.Peglu,fen,aparat za kafu,tri vrste kafe,šećer,posteljina i peškiri novi i čisti.Jednom rečju izvrsno.Na15 min laganog hoda do Aristotelovog trga.Vratićemo se opet sigurno.

Sve je bilo za 10.Pametno uložen novac.

Апартаментът се намира в сграда, която е много лесно достъпна и на пешеходно разстояние от центъра на Солун.Изключително чист, уютен и прекрасно обзаведен.За съжаления пренощувахме само една нощ, но определено си заслужава да се пребивава в него по-дългосрочно.

Casa accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario, parcheggio comodo, te' e caffè a disposizione, acqua nel frigo, host presenti e disponibili. Bellissima terrazza

Zona leggermente defilata, ma in realtà con una passeggiata si raggiunge facilmente il centro, e si evita il caos e il traffico della città . Quindi di lati negativi non ce ne sono, forse il prezzo leggermente alto ma per quello che offre ne vale la pena

Cazare perfectă

Curățenie exemplară, parcare privată, promptitudine din partea gazdei. Totul a fost perfect. Locația este la 2,4 km de Turnul Alb si de zona de promenada, in cartier chinezesc dar zona a fost liniștita. Pentru noi a fost perfectă in drum spre Lefkada.
