Apartment is ok, but no wifi

Overall this apartment was ok.

First of all, how can you advertise this place, mentioning Netflix in first sentence, when internet doesnt work at all. This is a lie. Free wifi in description is a joke - no wifi at all. Also if I'm booking a place for 4 nights for 5 people, have a decency and leave more toilet paper then 2. This is ridiculous.

Excellent self catering base for exploring Bergamo and surrounds

After our stay in Milan, this apartment was relatively cheaper and more spacious. It's not in the main downtown town area and quite far from the Città Alta which is the real highlight of Bergamo. But its very close to bus stops in both directions and the public transport system is excellent - you can be anywhere in Bergamo within a short time. There are restaurants, a nice gelataria, bars, etc. that are very close and shops within walking distance but the walk back from the excellent supermarket Esselunga might feel a bit far with heavy packets, in which case the bus will work. The apartment is super safe and clean, with great aircon and fridge, cooker etc. There's a coffee maker and they provided some pods which was great. Wifi is good. Finding it and entry is easy. I would recommend this as an affordable base for exploring Bergamo, and even day trips from the train station to Milan, Venice, Verona etc. are very doable as train tickets are super cheap in Italy. Taxis are ridiculously expensive so check bus timetables on bus stops to ensure you don't get stranded. We were at a camp at the Ice Lab just a block away so was well located for us.

The one bedroom has a bunk bed which is cool for kids but might be uncomfortable for a heavier frame / larger adult. The other has a comfy double bed.

Gut gelegene schöne Wohnung abseits des Trubels und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Man erreicht mit dem Bus direkt das Zentrum von Bergamo bassa. Auch zu Fuß ist man bereits in 15-20 min dort. Zudem muss man mit dem auto nicht durch das Zentrum um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Supermärkte und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Der Garagenplatz im Haus war auch ideal und geräumig. Obwohl die Wohnung in der Nähe des Flughafens liegt ist sie gut isoliert. Sie hat sehr hohe Decken und die Wohnung und das Haus sind architektonisch sehr interessant gestaltet. Es gibt bodentiefe Fenster und zwei Terrassen.

Das Wlan hat leider nicht funktioniert. Sollte aber leicht zu beheben sein. Die Sauberkeit war vor allem im Bad und was die Betten und Küche angeht hervorragend. Die Böden könnten besser gereinigt werden. Alles in allem aber nur kleine Dinge auszusetzen.
