Location is great, Centre of the old town. We stayed in another apartment just round the corner but this one is a lot quieter and feels safer. Air-conditioning is great and washing machine is a plus for us travelling for over a week. Super high ceilings.
Only one electric hotplate to cook on and no oven, so don't expect to make anything complicated. You need to empty the waste when check out. Lots of stairs, so totally inaccessible for anyone with mobility difficulties, and tough for anyone with lots of luggage.

Good communication with the host Fabiana. We were able to enter the apartment sooner than the check-in time and deposit our heavy luggage for which we were very grateful! Nice and spacious apartment, well equipped. Good location for exploring Genua.
You have to be careful stepping from the living room into the kitchen (especially at night) since there is a stone ledge in between.
