Privatsphäre, Komfort und einfache Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin.
Ferienhausanlagen im Umfeld werden derzeit (Q4 2025) ausgebaut. Deswegen kleinere Baustellen samt Geräuschpegel möglich. Uns hat es nicht allzu sehr gestört, weil wir viel unterwegs waren.
