We stayed here with family friends for a cheer competition happening at the convention center on the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone to not be on top of each other and have their own space and common areas were big enough to gather and hang out. This is on the 3rd floor so you do have some stairs climbing to go up and down, so be aware while you pack - smaller bags might be easier to manage! :) We loved there was 3 bathrooms - this is a great space! We also loved it was right across the brewery. We were able to order food and walk across the street to pick it up. it was yummy too! Would definitely book this again!
The only thing about this place is that there is only space for 2 cars parking in tandem. So one car in a garage and then the other car in front of the garage so if the garage car needed to leave the driveway car would have to be moved. And it is on a busier street so i could imagine that backing out during peak summer season might be annoying. But if you are parking and staying put for the most part - you can't beat the location! Walking distance to Wawa, McDs, Walgreens!

It was close to the beach and boardwalk and places to eat. It was perfect for my family to stay together. My grandsons first beach visit.
There wasn’t nothing not to like about the property. It was fantastic!
