Waste of money, absolutely filthy.

The location was peaceful

It was absolutely filthy. The bed was held up with wooden blocks. Everywhere was filthy! Upon arrival, we tried to contact the owner as they had sent a message the previous day regarding access. So rang multiple times regarding access to no avail. Managed to let ourselves into the property, the owner eventually rung back a few hours later.

Relaxing stay

The outside bath was very relaxing with the view and the lovely sheep nearby.

We stayed in summer so was very warm inside and prefer a bathroom sink.

Nice and relaxing

If you are wanting a get away to a place thats relaxing quite and peaceful then this is the place for you with a beautiful view from your window and a nice outdoor area to sit enjoy the views and have a bath yes there is a bath outside its different than a jacuzzi but we absolutely loved it enjoying the views while enjoying a soak was a perfect experiance but if your wanting to go out there is a nice pub down the road not far from the cabin that serves food and has a big beer garden thats actually nice for the kids this cabin is perfect for couples but not for a big family due to size but for a couple with 1 young child it's still perfect I would highly recommend springwood cabin to anyone

Great find. Wonderfully private cabin in Wakefield, but could have been absolutely anywhere.

Wonderfully private. Outdoor bath was fantastic, as was the view.

Would have benefitted from a couple of bedside lamps for evening time. Cleanliness wasn’t 100%. Bedding could do with a refresh.

Relaxing stay

The bed was very comfortable, good kitchen facilities, the outdoor space was perfect with the outdoor bath

It wasn’t very clean, there was dust on all surfaces and the table outside was dirty which we had to clean. There was no hand towel and no bathroom sink which meant we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink
