Beautiful 2 Bed House, Central spot with free parking

Bright & airy house in fantastic location with Wakefield city centre and all transport links on the doorstep. Great to have dedicated parking right outside. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Communication was excellent and check-in and out super easy.

We loved everything about this town house and didnt want to leave! It was very comfortable and well equipped. I was able to work remotely easily. Helen was very responsive and frendly. Location is perfect for CAPA College and the train station as well as a short walk to the town centre and retail parks. We look forward to a return visit.

We loved the openness, the multiple floors were nice to have, made us feel we actually lived there. The balcony is perfect, serene and calming. It was a very nice place to sit down. The self check-in was easy, the place came with free tea and coffee. A very nice warm and cozy place. Good location, not far from the big stores and the train station is right next door. Own parking space made it an easy place to access. It was cleaned very well. They have a guest booklet where you can read about the area as well as all the details you’ll need when you stay.

Not much to be honest, the lights from the multi story car park can be pretty annoying at night. But that was only because we were sat out on the balcony, you get some good curtains and blinds. The trains come past but you don’t hear them much. All in all we couldn’t complain much we had a great weekend.

I like that the property had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was perfect for a trip with my husband and mum. The lounge area was bigger than the photos showed and very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony after the mad 38c temperature of the day and a hot evening. It was great to have our own parking space. The area was lovely and quiet and we could sleep with the windows open upstairs. It was a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and the local restaurants and I can highly recommend the Tet restaurant ( Thai). The downstairs bedroom stayed lovely and cool , even on an extremely hot day.

I struggled to communicate with the owner as there was no message reply option via booking.coms website. I eventually found a phone number and spoke to Helen , because the access details were not showing on the portal she uses. She quickly sent these through on another message. We took our own room fans , but it would have been nice if these had been provided as the top floor bedroom was very warm. Some of the blinds were broken and probably just need to be removed as every room has got curtains.
