L'emplacement est très intéressant, dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais à deux pas des commerces et d'une station de métro. L'appartement est spacieux.
Il faisait un peu froid, mais les maisons japonaises sont toutes mal isolées, ce n' est pas propre à ce logement.

Not a big issue but house is quite cold if not using ac heating. Top terrace was not availble atm.

床有聲音，枕頭偏低，1樓廁所馬桶上蓋會一直掉下來，應該可以拆掉，2樓廁所門關起來剛好沒有空間，只能把門開著。

Bon emplacement, proche de toute commodité. Bon rapport qualité prix pour l'emplacement. Hôte à l'écoute. équipement de base présent. Conviens comme dortoir.
Plutôt Petit appartement pour un groupe d'amis, exiguë. Conviens plus pour une famille. Propreté laissant à désirer. Confort minimal.
