The room was very clean. They provided everything towels, toiletries, diswashing and laundry soap. We stayed in room 2F which was good for senior because there was no elevator. Near to a train station Minowa Sta.(Hibiya line) and bis stop 5 min. or less walk from the place. Restaurants nearby and 7/11 is a few steps away.
Suggestion only- add a mat by the sink so the floor won't get wet.

In a blissfully quiet area, so we were well rested to make the most of our Tokyo days.
Close to the train station, the supermarket, 7-11 and delicious pizza!

Location. Very close to minowa station.
No elevator, we were at the fifth floor. No housekeeping. No staff on site. If there would have been emergency, we were done for. Expensive for what it is
