Recharge and relax in excellent surroundings

Beautiful location if a little difficult to locate. Gravel track divides at one point and signage would of been helpful. The owner had already put on the hot tub which was wonderful after a 5 hrs drive. We got straight in.

It was lovely the steps up to hut were steep for us. A handrail would of been helpful due to previous lknee surgeries.

I would come back

This property was perfectly isolated. Good amenities and an excellent Hot Tub. Despite all the rain it wasn’t very muddy at all, nice and clean and plenty of room. Exactly like the photos in a great location. The host were amazing, we never saw them but communication was impeccable on messages. They gave us the exact amount of attention we needed and left us to it. It was lovely.

It would have been nice to have some wood for the log burner, even just a couple logs. The bed is also not super comfy, my partner couldn’t sleep as the mattress was springy and bumpy. Otherwise, amazing 10/10

Perfect little stay for my special birthday away!

If was such a beautiful little shepards hut in a beautiful location! Completely out in the middle of nowhere. It was so peaceful and quiet! The hot tub was amazing as well and made the weekend even more special.

It isn't what we didn't like as everything was so good but the mattress could have been a little better but it didn't stop us sleeping or enjoying the few days we had away!

Lovely, remote location, brilliant hot tub (the robes are a bonus!), nice facilities for cooking, cute decoration.

Not many complaints!! The driveway / track was quite bumpy to get there so just need to go very slowly and carefully.

Overall good stay and enjoyed ourselves.

The views were lovely, check in was made easy and communication from host was good. The hot tub was also great.

The roads up to the property are very narrow and unstable with potholes as it’s a farm setting. But I think it’s worth warning people of this before they travel. Path up to the hut is very slippy, could do with clearing regularly of moss and mud to make it safe. Bed is very springy and thin. No tea or sugar had been refilled. Outside light didn’t work on first night as it is solar and therefore had no power. Suggest fitting electric light for outside that doesn’t rely on good weather.

We absolutely loved how private the place was! The view was amazing, super calm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was such a nice touch too, we had the best time!

The Daffodil Hut was just as we hoped. It was cute and quirky and all facilities were perfect as needed.

A little notice before a visit from the hosts, only as privacy thing. I really can’t fault anything else.

The owners left a warm message to welcome us and clear instructions how to get to them, which was very helpful especially in Cornwall. The Daffodil Hut was lovely and cosy as we wanted a relaxing weekend 😊 The first night we had rain and wind , the owners gave us some free wood for wood burner which was really kind 🤗second day was clear so we went in the hot tub , perfect 😊🍹🍻 We will certainly come back next year 👍👏

Everything .The daffodil hut was cosy and very clean it has everything you need for your stay . The hot tub was amazing at night looking up at the stars so peaceful, dog friendly which is a massive bonus plenty of room for them to run around .will definitely be booking again … massive thankyou to the owner Catherine for our stay 😊

Excellent place for birthday and our engagement celebration!

Excellent location, excellent facilities , hot tub was amazing and already to go ! Great host personal touches for our birthday celebrations, good local information sheets provided, great cooking options in the hut. Also and excellent place to have gotten engaged, was lovely sunset views and very private excellent for couples! Highly recommend and we will be back!!

The only downside was the bed was uncomfortable.

Lovely spot for a relaxing couple of days. Hosts were attentive & helpful when needed but left us alone to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Would recommend finding the location with what 3 words before you travel as it’s hard to find.

Hard to find, could do with a larger clearer sign out in the road, as then easier to find. But great once found.

The Daffodil Hut

Lovely hosts. The well appointed huts are in a secluded area with privacy from each other. We thought that it was bigger inside than how we imagined. Lovely touches as in tea, coffee and sugar provided as well as washing up liquid. It was lovely to hear so much birdsong. We did get to try the hot tub out too, even though it was mizzle (Cornish for mist and drizzle) it was lush. We would return.
