The property was excellent and suited our purpose perfectly. It was well equipped, warm and cozy.
The only reason for marking facilities as less than excellent was the fact that there was no heating in the shower room. The walls were frequently wet with condensation and towels never dried if left on the towel rail.

Very quiet location, very clean property. Self contained with full kitchen facilities and dining room.
Lovely gesture to provide cream tea on arrival, great after a long drive, and milk in the fridge, wonderful. Warm welcome from the owner and great information on the local area.
Good location for exploring the far South West of Cornwall. We'd happily stay again on our next visit.
It was tricky to predict arrival time with an 8 hour journey but the owner was flexible when we arrived a little early, thank you

Spotlessly clean. Really nice owners. Very helpful and amenable. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Location was a bit overshadowed by a working farmyard which was the only lookout from the windows so not private at all. Also a very long gravel drive to the property. And nowhere to hang towels in the shower room.
