Location is good for waking the town .the staff were helpful and cheerful.
We stay in one of the hottest days of the year.We dont expect air con in a 100 +year old buiding but a desk top fan would have been a great step.

Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Tea & coffee
Lighting. Can not turn off lights above bed without getting up. Door does not shut on bathroom. All simple to fix little DIY jobs which should be checked and done. No Breakfast anymore.
