Excellent access to the beach. Nice view of the pool from our balcony on the second floor. Private access and very short walk to the beach from the complex. Excellent communication and accommodation from the owner. Nice tvs and well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit. Close to other amenities including bike lanes on the road all the way down to the state park (2 miles away).
A bit noisy from the road but not bad with the door closed.

It didn’t have an ocean view but I new that going in so it was totally fine

Closeness to the beach and all the traffic
Probably that the walls were thin and up until about 10 you could hear everyone stomping around and hollering
