One room in apartment in the park center area of Chisinau

Staying with Sergei (sorry about the spelling if I didn't get it right) was a fabuluos option when in Chinisiau. We communicated really well before our arrival to ensure we could get into the appartment, so he waited for us and the check in was super smooth. It's a shared apartment but there is a lot of privacy and the rooom is really big, with a desk, great internet and very clean. You can fully use the kitchen and even we got some soup (yummy!!) that Sergei cooked. He is very happy sharing the space and he is incredibly kind (and his English is fab!!). The area is fabulous. You have a huge park nearby to walk around and it feels peaceful and quiet just around the corner. The building is one of those soviet old ones but the aparment is homey and cozy. It was a great place to stay!!

Absolutely nothing. It was a great stay and I highly recommend the place.

I appreciate people opening their homes to invite guests in to stay. The host was super friendly, especially as I had booked this last minute.

No soap in the bathroom (ew, gross!!) so how do you wash your hands? Weird set up with the toilet in its very own room, and sink and bathtub in another room. You are sharing the apartment with the host, so it is a bit awkward, and he would let you use the kitchen, but it would be a bit awkward. The door to the bedroom didn’t seem to close all the way, but I just don’t force it.

Fantastic stay in central Chisinau. Apartment was adjacent to the Valley of the Mills park. Serge was a great host.
