Sistemazione spartana ma compatibile con la spesa. Sala da pranzo in comune fornita di tutto per cucinare.
Il palazzo e le scale condominiale: terribili e con sgradevole odore. I servizi igienici necessitano sicuramente di una profonda ristrutturazione.

Curat, desi camera avea tapetul dezlipit, cu urme de umezeala pe perete. Raspuns prompt si politicos al gazdei la solicitari.
Locatia permite mai multi chiriasi cu acces la facilitati si, in consecinta, nu e foarte linistit. Eu m-am suprapus cu chiriasi care au facut zgomot pana la miezul noptii, au trantit usile, 2 nopti din 3.

L'endroit était facile d'accès, les indications reçues étaient précises pour pouvoir faire le check-in sans soucis. L'environnement, même s'il ne paie pas de mine, est sûr, des commerces ouverts tard le soir, des transports pour le centre ville, le magnifique parc se trouve juste à 1O minutes à côté.

Zdecydowanie największym plusem tej rezerwacji był świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który na bieżąco odpisywał na wszystkie wiadomości. Plusem też była czysta kuchnia oraz jej wyposażenie - nie tylko w naczynia, ale również podstawowe artykuły żywnościowe - tj. herbatę, kawę, kaszę, makaron, itp. Zaletą też jest bliskie położenie od zalewu.
Niestety jakość pokoju bardzo odbiega od współczesnych standardów. Tapeta odchodząca od ściany i bardzo stare meble. Na wyposażeniu pokoju był wiatrak - co było jednym "ratunkiem" przed upałami - bowiem okien praktycznie nie szło otworzyć.
