1- It was close to the main road where supermarket, coffee shops and restaurant.
2- 5-7 mins drive to green bazaar.
3- Owner was responsive and helpful.
4- Nice Mountain View.
1-The bed mattress was soft that you can feel the springs.
2-Toilet wc had no water hose for washing (a must for us Arab ).
3-if you have a lot of baggage keep in mind there is a lot of stairs to go on. However there’s an elevator in the building.

The location is great. There's a supermarket at the other side of the same building, very short walk to the metro and the shops on Arbat street. Plenty of eateries around, some 24hrs. The unit itself was as advertised, it was spacious and decently comfortable. The owner was really kind, as we had a bit of trouble with the lock while checking ourselves in. He quickly came and helped us. And he also sent us an extra towel the next day
The entrance of the building is located at the back. To go anywhere, you will need to go down a flight of stairs to the roads. If you're carrying luggage, it might be a struggle. There seems to be a ramp, but you'll need to walk further back. And also, it would be nice if the owner can leave 1 to 2 extra towels, toilet paper in the cabinets for just in case. And maybe some basic condiments and teabags in the kitchen for those who are planning on cooking

love the apartment evrything is so clean and super market is in front side of thr building and arbat street is in front of thebuilding everything is so accessible cafe, shopping area, church, bazaar, money exchange is the front so just without a doubt go for it.
We had a bit of difficulty finding the apartment, but the host guided us well on how to get the entry key. The only drawback is that the apartment is located at the back side of the building, so it's a little hard to spot

The apartement is very nice and cozy. Everything is clean. It is central, and there is a supermarket open 24/7 around the corner. Daniel was very welcoming, and we could checkin late in the evening. I would love to stay there again!
