Расположение квартиры - просто супер! Рядом большой продуктовый магазин Спар, пункты обмена валюты, кафе и рестораны. До центральный прогулочных зон Алматы можно дойти пешком за 15-20 минут. В одной комнате есть кондиционер, нам его хватило на всю квартиру. Заселение бесконтактное, очень удобно. Хозяин дал всю необходимую информацию для комфортного проживания и отдыха. Огромное спасибо!
Не хватило вешалки с крючками для полотенец. Приходилось вешать на стулья ))

We like everything about the property:
Friendly staff, cleanliness of the place, good value of money and good location.
As an asian, we prefer to have bidet in the bathroom.

It's abit shady from the outside 🤣
But no worries the apartment and the staff are gooddd and very helpful. The place also stratergic as we only walking to almost everywhere in the city.
