It was a perfect situation, so close to the centre. It had everything we needed but we are all in our mid eighties & found the staircase challenging so getting our luggage up & down was tricky. Also we were led to believe there were 2 bathrooms but it was one bathroom & a downstairs loo.

The location is superb being close to both the river and town centre. Very quiet with a nice patio in the garden. The house certainly has a lot of character.
Our main concern was it states it has two bathrooms which was important to us. However, it only has one bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Also certain parts of the house such as the utility and conservatory need a good clean.

Good position and easy to find. Great Communications about arrival etc.
Toad Hall was a little dated and a bit tired. Would have liked a fire and a better cooker. The oven smelt terrible then I found an old sausage inside it that had been left by a previous occupant. The house was quite cold as it was February and even the heating didn’t get the house that warm.
The recycling bins could have been easier to use with better labelling. The instructions in the kitchen didn’t match the bins.
