Beautiful, Spacious and Spotless Apartment

This apartment was absolutely lovely! EXACTLY like the photos. I have stayed at many, many vacation rentals and my family thought this one was the best ever! It was SPOTLESS! I am a germophobe and this apartment was sparkling clean. So light and airy and super high ceilings made it feel even larger.

Nothing that we didn't like. If I had to think of something, it was a very good location but not perfect. A medium walk to the Duomo but still very doable. It was great to have a PAM supermarket down the street.

Fantastisch appartement; een prima uitvalsbasis om Milaan te bezoeken.

Heel ruim en mooi, nieuw ingericht appartement met tuin. Alle nodige comfort was aanwezig, heel erg netjes en vlot contact met de host. Ideaal gelegen om Milaan te ontdekken. Dit kan te voet, maar op de hoek van de straat vind je ook een metrohalte. Er is een supermarkt enkele huizen verderop, restaurants en bars in de buurt. Een absolute aanrader!

Heel fijn appartement op goede locatie

De manager reageerde altijd snel op WhatsApp. Makkelijk inchecken met codes. Mooi en grote appartement met op 100m de metro, op 50m de supermarkt en een ontbijttentje (waar je ook kon meenemen). Hooguit 15min lopen naar de kroegjes in Navigli of 2 haltes met de metro. Fijne bedden. Grote slaapkamers (1 met bed van ik denk 220x220 en 1 kamer met stapelbed van 140x140, dus die kamer is voor 4 personen eventueel). Fijne badkamer (1 badkamer, wat voor meer dan 4 personen wellicht wat weinig is) en nog een extra apart toilet. Mooie binnentuin wat zeker in het voorjaar erg fijn zal zijn. Als je langer blijft: wasmachine, strijkplank, etc is allemaal aanwezig. Ging 3 weken later weer naar Milaan, was nu met met 2 personen maar anders had ik het weet geboekt.

Helaas waren ze toen wij er waren met het dak van de bovenste appartementen (deze is op begane grond) bezig en dat begon elke dag om 07:00. Kan de eigenaar van het appartement weinig aan doen maar hadden ze wel van te voren kunnen melden. We hebben hiervoor wel een compensatie mogen ontvangen dus dat was erg netjes.

A Anfitriã Valentina foi muito atenciosa. O apartamento é impecável, limpo e com utensílios domésticos, tudo muito bem conservado. Fica ao lado de um supermercado ótimo e ao lado do metrô. Da pra ir à pé para as principais atrações de Milão.

They kept to date the deposit by "mistake" (after more than 3 weeks).

La struttura è splendida ma si sono dimenticati di rimborsarmi 500€ di deposito cauzionale, ad oggi ancora non ricevuti. Come si dice, quando dare ed avere non hanno affatto lo stesso peso.

Bekvämt, enkelt, fräscht och smidigt.

Boendet var finare än förväntat och var väldigt fräscht och hade nära till allt. Våningssängarna är stora och första och andra våningen var som en dubbelsäng. I och med utbudet av fräscha boenden i Italien toppar verkligen det här boendet allt. Värden är trevlig och hjälpsam och ordnar med allt. Boendet är centralt och har nära till allt med gång och med tåget. Jag är så nöjd verkligen!!!

Det var inte mycket jag inte tyckte om men om jag måste säga något var det att informationen om depositionen på 2000 euro är väldigt dold. Om informationen syntes tydligare skulle jag nog vara mer nöjd med boendet då det skapade en stress när man i sista sekund blev ombedd att göra sitt bankkort tillgängligt för att det ska dras en skyhögsumma. Lägenheten är även extremt kall, speciellt golvet i och med stengolv. Finns varm och kall AC som aldrig blev varm tyvärr.
