La comodidad de las habitaciones, bien calefaccionado,y su decoración. El equipamiento de la cocina y la respuesta rápida de Patrizia.
Al llegar en auto y con mucha lluvia, fue difícil estacionar cerca , para bajar las maletas sin mojarnos. Es un detalle menor menor.

O apartamento estava extremamente limpo e organizado, camas com roupas de cama de boa qualidade e bem limpas, assim como as roupas de banho.
Tinha água, café, bolachinhas e amenities.
A dona do apartamento Patrícia foi muito gentil e atenciosa, nos dando retorno rapidamente sobre questionamentos feitos e também nos dando dicas a respeito de restaurantes e meio de transporte.
A estação de metrô fica a uma distância razoável do apartamento e isto requer a utilização de táxi ou uber se não estiver disposto a fazer uma boa caminhada.
