Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber und modern. Sie liegt im Zentrum von Rügen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Vermittler der Ferienwohnung waren sehr unfreundlich und zum Teil aufdringlich. Man wurde sehr häufig mit E-Mail und Zahlungsaufforderung konfrontiert, obwohl man bereits im Voraus gezahlt hatte. Die Kurtaxe musste in einem Büro im Zentrum bezahlt werden, die Mitarbeiter waren aber unregelmäßig vor Ort. Am letzten Tag wurde man auf dem Handy kontaktiert, wann man seinen Schlüssel endlich abgibt, obwohl es noch zwei Stunden vor der offiziellen Check-out-Zeit war. Man wünscht sich weniger Profitinteresse und mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit.
