WEERA VILLA

We had a wonderful stay at this one-bedroom villa. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The villa had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, modern bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, and all the essential amenities for a relaxing stay. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend this villa to couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would definitely love to come back again!

At first I rented it for a couple of nights. But in the end I lived there for a month in total. Because the place is great. A magnificent yard, big, with lots of plants and beautiful flowers. There is space, you can walk around the house and do morning exercises). Chipmunks run through the trees kissing each other. Sometimes peacocks fly in. Lots of other birds. A wonderful cozy veranda and a great view from it. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. There is a large table at which I worked with pleasure and at which a family of 5 can fit. A relatively quiet place. There is a small construction site nearby, but it was almost silent while I was there. And after 9 pm and until the morning, there is almost complete silence, only the sounds of the jungle and crickets around, beauty. Opposite the house there is a field, which is great for observing in the morning, on a hot day or a moonlit night. 5 minutes walk along a picturesque path and you come out onto the street, where there are small shops and a bus stop and you can catch a tuk-tuk. The owners are polite. If I needed something, the owner did it right away. The pros significantly outweigh all the cons.

Sometimes the owner, his wife or son walked around the property and talked. The first few times, I was little nervous about this, as I had heard about thieves in villas in the country. It happened that you were standing there, for example, by the window naked, minding your own business, humming a song, and then bam - someone passed by the window! The mood immediately sets, you feel like you are being watched. The first few days, the owners tried to talk to me through the window, but I didn’t like it at all - I told them that if you need anything, knock on the door. After all, when you rent a villa, you expect some privacy. There was an unpleasant moment when I sent a message that I wanted to pay. My son came, I paid. And a day later, my father came and asked about the payment. Then I had to show the paper on which the payment was written and the son’s signature was. It turns out that the son did not inform his father about the payment for a whole day. The incident was over, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained. I realized that it was not in vain that I always asked for a signature when paying. The most unpleasant moment was when my Internet ran out, suddenly, just at the moment when I was urgently sending a file to my client. When I wrote in the messenger, my son replied that the Internet was not unlimited. This surprised me in an unpleasant way. After all, when checking in, I asked several times whether the Internet was unlimited (I always do this, since my work involves sending and receiving gigabit video files) and my son answered in the affirmative. But when the Internet ran out, my son tried to accuse me of lying, saying that he did not say that, and the Internet has a volume limit. This was very unpleasant. This place truly felt like a second home the moment we stepped in. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area — no traffic or noise at night, just calmness. The house is spacious and clean, with a lovely kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its breathtaking view — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. We stayed in August, and although the weather was quite hot outside, the house stayed cool and comfortable thanks to its smart design with windows on every side, letting in fresh air all day. No need for AC at all! The internet was super fast and stable (perfect for working or streaming). The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always making sure we felt at home. He even surprised us with homemade treats during our stay, which made it extra special. 🥰 We loved everything about this place and can’t wait to come back again next year! 💖✨
