Bien ubicado si quieres tener cerca la terminal de ADO , habitaciones bonitas con baño.
Si traes maleta grande o pesada y te dan habitaciones en el 3er piso es un poco dificil aunque el personal ofreció ayudar

Me deixaram fazer o check-in duas horas antes. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. Fica localizado bem próximo da ADO, ótimo para quem está de passagem rápida pela cidade, lá eles alugam bicicleta, recomendo utilizar esse serviço, porque é um meio de transporte ideal para conhecer as praias e as ruínas de Tulum.
Fui obrigada a deixar um documento oficial meu como "calção", achei que isso fosse proibido, uma vez que eu já havia pago, deixei, mas achei um absurdo. Faltou água no primeiro dia, mas em pouco tempo foi resolvido.

It would have been nice to have a cooler in the room for our food and drinks.

Distance to bus station
Bird poop on the windows, no chair or trash can in the bedroom (only the toilet paper trash), bathroom sink didnt drain properly, very noisy (you can hear every 10min another ado bus backing up, if someone watches a movie next door, noise from neighboring bars or similar, if someone rings the bell at the reception; despite having a room at the back away from the street)
