DO NOT BOOK! AVOID AT ANY COST!!!

TERRIBLE place! I really don't understand how it got such a high rating on Booking.com.! On arrival, due to poor internet connection, we were unable to open an attachment with key box instructions. Hence, tried calling the host multiple times with no answer or call back. Looked for some assistance at the next door property, only to find some semi abundant place that looked like drugs den! The door blind looked like it had blood stains on it.The outside was full of empty alcohol bottles and cigarette buds( the last 2 photos). No one was there, but we kept wondering who MAY live here and this made us feel genuinely unsafe! Once, eventually, we located the keys, the property itself looked very run down and neglected. The shower was moldy and the towels looked very old and not even sure if fresh. The cleanliness of the apartment definitely not up to a good standard. We stayed for about an hour wondering what to do and eventually decided to carry on with our 7 hour drive back home. We would rather loose our money than stay. We were really desperate to get out of there!

Overall - the stay was ok but nothing more.

Nice neighbourhood with friendly neighbours and easy access. Bathroom was nice, had a shower, washing machine and a humidifier. Shower gel and dish soap was included.

In summer the place gets very hot and there’s no air conditioning only windows. It’s an appropriate place for 4 people not 5 cause you can’t sleep on the couch (it’s only for sitting). We found some hairs on one of the sheets, wasn’t properly cleaned.

Saubere Unterkunft. Betten sehr bequem und frisch bezogen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Küche, Waschmaschine und Steckdosen an jedem Bett (was ich heutzutage sehr wichtig finde) und auch Ladegerät für gängige elektronische Geräte. Pres-Leistung stimmt definitiv, für den preis waren sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive

es war ok

das kostenlose Wlan ist super, auch dass überall Ladekabel und Stationen lagen. Grill und Sitzecke vor der Tür konnten mitbenutzt werden, kostenloser Kaffee war vorhanden, Tiefkühlschrank

wir waren mit 5 Personen angereist und angekündigt und trotzdem mussten wir das 5. Bett selber beziehen und uns alles zusammen suchen, es riecht angenehm im Bad, keine Spülmaschine vorhanden, Salz, Pfeffer und Öl sollten Standards in einer Ferienwohnung vorhanden sein. Toilettendeckel ist lose, Wasser spritzt zu sehr aus dem Wasserhahn im Bad, so dass man gleich komplett nass ist, wenn man nicht daran gedacht hat, Fön ist unten das Kabel/der Schutz defekt - Achtung!

Für zwei Übernachtungen war diese Ferienwohnung in Ordnung.

Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und man konnte sehr gut drin schlafen.

Das Badezimmer wirkt etwas zusammengebastelt. Eine Heizung war dort nicht vorhanden. (zu mindestens habe ich keine gesehen). Der Duschabfluss war leider verstopft.

Sauber,ordentlich und ruhige Lage.

Saubere Unterkunft. Sehr gut Ausgestattet. Betten sehr bequem und sauber. Sehr einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Am besten gefiel uns die schön große Terasse. Preis-Leistung Top !

Alles in Ordnung. Eventuell ein Tipp, ein Teppich vor dem Sofa wäre angebracht, da der Boden doch relativ kalt ist wenn man länger sitzt.

Enttäuscht

Es war kalt, das ist auch das schlimmste. Es war schmutzig, an der toilete waren Haare, in der Dusche das Wasser läufte nicht ab. Die Nachbarn waren sehr laut und hat nach Cigarette gerochen. Vor dem Eingang lagen Cigarette kippen. Die zweite Nacht haben wir nicht da gewohnt. Wir sind Samstag Abend schon abgereist.

Top Unterkunft mit guter Preis-Leistung

Also ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen beim besten Willen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft sauber, alle Betten frisch bezogen, frische Handtücher im Bad. Das Badezimmer schön groß, Küche hatte alles was man braucht, wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Check-In total easy und sehr gut beschrieben. Für mich als Raucher war die großzügige Terrasse das Highlight, kein ständiges rauf und runter wie im Hotel zum rauchen.

Alles super, nichts zu bemängeln.
