The owner was so helpful and nice and the room was nice and spacious

It was on a main road and we all know the Indians like a good beeping horn, it did quieten later in the night

Rodriguez is super nice and helpful, likely the main reason for the high ratings. The room is spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the place is facing the road. Bathroom is large and well maintained. Takes a bit of walking to get to Majorda beach but quite doable. BTW, the path through Majorda Beach Rd and by Samson's restaurant is a lot shorter (700m only instead of 1.3km), greener, and quieter than the main Bearch Rd.

Could not pay by credit card and I don't have UPI-GPay (that system is for Indian citizens only), so I had to pay cash, which is inconvenient. The overall establishment is more like a small motel than a hotel. No elevator but a narrow staircase only. Bedroom and bathroom were mostly clean, but could use a deeper cleaning (light switches, chairs, bathroom ledge)

Fabulous value for a quick one night stop over in Majorda. The property was a little further from where we wanted to be than I realised however that was my fault, the location on maps in accurate. Facilities were comfortable, shower was hot and air con was cold. No complaints there.

Our room could have been cleaner. The mirror was marked and smeared and one of the cups was dirty inside and literally stuck to the tray. Had clearly been used by a previous occupant and returned to the tray and then not checked when room cleaned. A little worrying over what else wasn’t cleaned to standard…
