    My stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was truly exceptional. It was one of the most comfortable and memorable hotel experiences I have ever had. I have stayed at many 5-star hotels before, but this one is simply on another level. The staff were incredibly warm, courteous, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The sea view was absolutely top-notch—breathtaking, peaceful, and something I will always remember. The pools were beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and added so much to the overall experience. We also had breakfast at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage,and it was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, hygienic, and offered an excellent variety with outstanding quality. One of the highlights was the private beach. It was uncrowded, relaxing, and had such a peaceful vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Goa. From the impeccable hospitality to the stunning views, delicious food, and serene atmosphere, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Thank you, Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and truly unforgettable stay in Goa.

    Service fell well below expectations for a Taj property. We arrived very early in the morning due to a flight delay, and despite being a family of four, the room was stocked with only two towels. After five phone calls and a visit to the front desk, it took nearly two hours to receive additional towels, which is unacceptable. We also requested assistance from the concierge to arrange an outstation cab. He assured us he would follow up, but we never heard back and had to make arrangements ourselves online. Given the number of staff present, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through was disappointing. However, the property does have its positives: the buffet food options were good, the pool was enjoyable, and the room offered a great view.
