Overall great, depending on your needs.

We liked how close to main street it was. Walking distance for sure. Plenty of room for the 6 of us, especially with 3.5 bathrooms! We were able to open the windows and let in the nice cool fresh air. That was a bonus! The house was nice and clean, even the bathrooms. Showers were clean. The kitchen has a quirky layout, but even though it's small, it allows for 2 people at a time.

Washer and Dryer. Included, but not functional and not easily accessible. Washer didn't want to spin, Only one of us was able to do a load of laundry all the way to the dry stage. Washer and dryer are outside in a shed, It rains in Ireland. A lot. No fun walking to the shed to do the laundry in the rain. We had a hard time locating the House Number, as not many of them had one. The host should just say to look for the Bed & Breakfast sign and that is the location. (Breakfast not included) We arrived late, not having time to get any groceries. It would have been nice if there was at least a few cups of coffee that could have been made in the am before heading to Main street. Light switches. They are everywhere, please label what does what! Hot water was REALLY hot! Be careful. Not really good water pressure.

Perfect place to stay with a family visiting Killarney.

Great location and super clean. Tony, the host, was amazing! Very accommodating and answered all our questions and concerns quickly. Went out of his way to make sure we were happy.

Cosy house close to centre

Cosy house very close to shops, pubs and restaurants, easy check-in, comfortable beds, each bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, very nice host, free parking in front of the house

Water pressure could be higher, more hooks on the wall for jackets would have been nice

Perfect place for visiting Killarney

Amazing apartment located at 5 min walking from centre. Perfect location for a group of friends. All the rooms have are ensuite. The living room and the kitchen are also quite big and well maintained

Named aptly!

This place had great character! It was perfect for my mom, daughter, and I. A bit funky in the layout, to be expected and enjoyed! We found it easily with a 15-20 min walk from the train station and a 5 min walk to the beginning of a mainstreet. The road it is on gets busy at rush hour but quiet throughout the day. The proprietor, Tony, was AMAZING! Answered any questions I had and was quick to respond!

Most issues we had were small. Minimal cooking utensils, mixing bowls, or pans if any. Lower water pressure then what we were used to. It is an older home and it shows. But still cozy! I felt safe with my mom and daughter there. It was a place to rest in quiet after walking around town and country all day.
