Perfect stay in Killarney

This is a perfect private place to stay when visiting Killarney or the surrounding areas. I booked the house for 3 night's and it worked out as a perfect place to stay after a day visiting different parts of the county. James met us on arrival and after a nice chat left us to our own devices. The house is compact, but cosy and spotlessly clean. It is ideally located within a 5 minute walk from the main street in Killarney one direction and a lidl the other so it couldn't be more perfect. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it. 5 star's.

Cosy, clean and a great location.

We absolutely loved our time here. The home was pristine and cosy, situated in an excellent location. The walk into town is very manageable—even my elderly mother-in-law found it easy to do. James went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, stocking the kitchen with snacks and fresh milk for us. It was a truly lovely experience and we would happily stay again.

Great , close to a grocery store, hotel for meals and best of all a short walk to the town centre. The terrace house was really well presented, catering for everything you need, very clean and a great place to relax and self cater if you wish. Lots of great local information from the host to work out what you would like to do and see. Thoroughly recommend a stay in this accommodation.

Not suitable for 3 adults who like the property for practicalities

Location was good, nice garden at rear

The 2 smaller bedrooms were very small, back bedroom, was connected, to the other one, meaning, that to exit bedroom you had to go through to other one, if you need the bathroom during the night, you will probably end up disturbing the other person. No upstairs facilities, at all, downstairs bathroom only, child stairgate up the top of stairs, why would you leave this attached, with 3 adults staying there?, not easy to negotiate during the night. Only bathroom downstairs, which included a shower, is one of the smallest I've ever stayed in, difficult to dry yourself off in there. Loads of nick nacks about the house cluttering up the place which served no purpose at all, but amazingly, with all stuff around the house, there was still no toaster!

Location great, 10 min walk into Killarney, bus stop opposite. The house had a nice homely feel and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for us to enjoy the restaurants and bars in the town centre and explore the area.

It was odd that you had to walk through bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3, but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Whole house, cozy and convenient to all the things we wanted to see and do in Killarney!

Cozy house with a full kitchen, within walking distance to the center of Killarney. Friendly host, stopped by to meet us and make sure we had everything we needed.

The home was a tad cold, but we had plenty of blankets so we stayed warm in the evenings.

The location was ideal. The house was very quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable. James the owner was very helpfull. It was close to town and it had parking outside the door for 2 cars. The house had everything we needed. It had a lovely safe garden.

The one bathroom was downstairs but got used to that very quickly.

It was cozy, clean, had a washer dryer combo; bed was comfortable… there was food there.. the backyard was lovely… TV worked well. it was within walking distance to a grocery store as well on a bus route.
