1960s Inspired City Centre Apartment for 4 with Parking

Flat was very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Well appointed with small things like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc all provided which are classic things to forget and more often than not they are not provided.

The apartment location is great but next to a pub so we had some noise.

This 1960s inspired apartment was a little gem! Great location, exceptionally clean, friendly and clear instructions from start to finish! Any enquiries had a prompt response, we could not have dreamed of more perfect pad for our stay! Loved the decor, listened to some.cool music and totally enjoyed the vibe!! Really good central location, right next to the castle and an easy walk from the station. A spacious and comfortable apartment with the theming being consistent but not overpowering. A very comprehensive guide to the property and the local area was provided. Great to have a designated parking space. Loved the nice deep soaking bath. The property provided some kitchen consumables: very nice biscuits, oil, salt, pepper, sachets of milk, washing up liquid/sponge/cloth, dishwasher tablets.

There are two flights of stairs up to the apartment, which we hadn't realised from the listing, which some could find an issue especially as you're asked to remove your shoes halfway up. If you have a larger car, the spacing between the bollards will be quite tight. Our hire car was 1895 mm in width (2108 mm with mirrors) and we did end up scratching the car the first time. There's no on-street parking allowed, but this isn't enforced so there was often a vehicle parked opposite the parking space to add to the challenge.

Fab central location, spotless , spacious with private bedroom/Bathroom areas but also perfect shared space. Parking space so convenient but only suitable for a small car.

It was all so lovely , & altho basics are provided such as loo roll, washing up liquid , teabags & coffee & milk- maybe not as much left for arrival in kitchen & bathroom as other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in eg, no bottle of water; no cling film/foil; coffee for Cafetière; shower gel etc But there are shops 1 minute walk away . Be aware 2 flights of stairs to front door .
