We know this area and apartments well. We stayed in Casa Malibu last year. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The lovely balcony overlooks the pool. There are two pools at El Rincon and the grounds surrounding are kept tidy and clean. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The Fig & Olive is our favourite.

The apartment was amazing. Nothing bad to say about the interior
A big let down for us staying in this apartment was it is obviously north facing. There is no sun on the balcony at any time of the day. I think this should be noted before people book it
