I phoned owners who got the cleaner (who was at the property) to contact me directly and she came down and met us straight away. She was very friendly and showed us where to park, how to get to the apartment and the pool. She then discussed with us our checkout arrangements.
Broken window on lower terrace. It didn't ruin the apartment or our stay it was just a little annoying as we had to wedge it open so no-one walked into it.
