The location was prefect! I felt safe and the night guard was so nice! The beds were very very comfortable!
It was not cleaned properly. There were pimple patches stuck to the shower wall! And the faucet in the tub was ready to come off. Plus the threshold going into one of the bathrooms was half off and I tripped on it. But the biggest issue was there “1 towel per person policy!” No wash cloths no hand or dish towels nothing! After we noticed that we had no towels in the unit that’s when they told me somebody would deliver them at 11 am and only 1 towel each. I said we have two people and staff said sorry we only give one per person after I asked for wash cloths they said sorry that’s our policy! To me I find that disgusting that we only get 1 towel each for our whole stay. I was also disappointed in the cheap paper towels and toilet paper. Along with no hair dryer
